The NTC Pro Shop is there to help you when a manufacturer's defect upends your tennis game. If your racquet or shoe, purchased from NTC experiences any manufacturer defects, NTC will send the defective product back to the manufacturer at our expense. Normal turn-around time on warranty is 4-6 weeks. There is a $25 processing fee added on if your racquet or shoe was purchased somewhere other than NTC Pro Shop.
